Responsibilities:
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home, center, and/or school settings
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on client programs
  • Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and clients
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • 2+ years of experience as a Behavioral Technician
  • Additional ABA certification and licensure from the state of Nevada (if required)
  • Physical fitness to lift and carry patients when needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to connect with patients
