We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Service Corporation International. As a key member of our Contract to Cash operations team, you will provide critical support to internal customers, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, validating past transactions, reconciling, and posting adjustments on accounts while informing and educating internal customers on Contract to Cash processes and procedures.
  • Apply payments, research, and reconcile transactions to ensure integrity of receivables.
  • Run standard reports and download into Excel, add subtotals and formulas to reconcile accounts, and add pivot tables and charts summarizing data results.

  1. Deliver exceptional financial support services to internal customers, ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance our operational efficiency.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our Contract to Cash operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least three years of banking or accounts receivable experience with an emphasis in customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Good time management skills, data analysis to draw conclusions, and maintain quality assurance.
  • SQL or MS Access experience is a plus.
