We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and repair of our community's facilities and equipment. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our community remains a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment within the community
• Supervise and mentor the Maintenance Assistant, fostering a positive team environment
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Coordinate and manage routine maintenance schedules and projects
• Be on call for after hour emergencies, ensuring that residents always have a safe environment
• Participate in the weekend Manager on Duty rotation every 7th weekend

What We Are Looking For

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in facility maintenance (experience in senior living is a bonus, but not required)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A commitment to providing outstanding service to residents and their families
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
