Career Opportunities as an ABA Specialist

STEPS, LLC is seeking an experienced ABA Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism and related developmental disabilities, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a home-based setting.

Key responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting families through training sessions. You will also participate in team meetings and workshops to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

We require candidates to have at least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a commitment to flexible scheduling. A Registered Behavior Technician Certification is preferred but not required. If you are passionate about ABA and committed to making a difference, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary: $25,600 - $34,560 per year
