Job Title: Naval Architect

We are seeking a skilled Naval Architect to join our team at Infinity Ventures. As a renowned company in shipbuilding, we require a designer with expertise in ship structures for yacht construction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ship structures in steel or aluminum for yacht construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Create classification documents and workshop drawings, accurately detailing ship components and systems.
  • Prepare and maintain parts lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Calculate weights and centers of gravity for optimal ship performance.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform calculations for local strength issues, ensuring ship safety and integrity.
Your Profile:
  • A degree in shipbuilding or mechanical engineering, or a technical vocational training with further education as a state-certified technician.
  • Relevant professional experience as a designer in shipbuilding, with proficiency in CAD programs such as Autodesk Inventor, Siemens NX, or Rhinoceros.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A structured and independent work style, with the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
