About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Careers. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art, high-speed manufacturing machinery and assisting new or junior team members in performing their tasks safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-speed manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of continuous work experience
  • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and strong math skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Pass pre-employment assessments, drug and background screenings, and a post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
