First Children Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a RBT, you will work with clients in independent and group classroom settings, supporting healthy communication, social, and behavioral skills. You will provide ABA therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors and collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 with clients in independent and group classroom settings
  • Support healthy communication, social, and behavioral skills
  • Provide ABA therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive treatment outcomes
  • Read and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • RBT Certification required once employed
  • 1 year minimum of working with children preferred
  • 1 year of working in a direct care human services profession preferred
  • Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Willingness to accept and implement practical feedback
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shift
