About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Destin, FL area. As a trusted member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts and shocks
  • Complete state-mandated inspections
  • Change oil and filters
  • Check fluids
  • Replace worn parts
  • Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Extensive tool box of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
  • State inspection license(s) and ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5) preferred
