As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality products while following our food safety guidelines and GMPs.

**Compensation Package:** The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily production tasks and rotations
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance personnel
  • Perform quality checks and document results accurately
  • Verify correct labeling and packaging information
  • Transfer products into packaging efficiently
  • Inspect products and packaging regularly
  • Sleeve packaged products effectively
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot equipment concerns promptly

**Physical Requirements:** Able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend/twisting, and stand for duration of shift.
