Position Summary
We are currently seeking a licensed Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the evaluation, design, and construction engineering for various facilities, including water and wastewater treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and designs for electrical systems in water/wastewater treatment and civil infrastructure.
- Develop and review technical documentation such as reports, specifications, and submittals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Generate accurate construction cost estimates.
- Perform site inspections and field visits to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior staff and manage project budgets effectively.
- Support proposal development for new project opportunities.

Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the water/wastewater sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electric Code.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and P&IDs is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam is required; experience with Revit/AutoCAD is a plus.

Education and Certifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering is considered an asset.
- Must hold a valid Professional Engineer license.
