About the Position

The Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in the healthcare team, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and leadership in the planning and provision of patient care. In collaboration with the Endoscopy team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic Endoscopy procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with the Endoscopy team to ensure seamless patient care, including pre-procedure preparation, procedure execution, and post-procedure recovery.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns, taking prompt action to address any issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
