Job Summary

Hana Group, a multinational leader in the sale of pan-Asian cuisine, seeks a skilled Trucking Operations Coordinator to join its team. This role involves transporting goods across various locations while adhering to sustainable practices and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Truck Operation: Safely operate tractor-trailers and other Class A vehicles to transport goods between locations.
  • Temperature Control: Maintain optimal temperatures during transportation by pre-cooling and monitoring refrigerated trailers.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure all safety equipment is functioning properly.
  • Cargo Handling: Secure cargo within weight restrictions using appropriate materials and ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
  • Logistics Management: Comply with all DOT regulations, maintaining accurate records of working hours, miles, and shipments.
Qualifications
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid CDL Class A license with no restrictions and a spotless driving record.
  • Lifting Capacity: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT rules and safety regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability: Willingness to spend extended periods away from home, averaging 1 week per trip.
  • Physical Requirements: Sufficient physical stamina to handle the demands of long-distance trucking.
Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a salary of $85,000 USD annually (activity-based) and have access to opportunities for growth and development within Hana Group North America, which values diversity and inclusivity.
