CRI-Help is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing first-class substance use disorder treatment to adults and families seeking freedom from addiction. Our mission is to improve the welfare of the community through our commitment to ethical and meaningful client care.
We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at our facility in Los Angeles County. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, and assisting the Intake Department as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong organizational abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as active CPR/First Aid certification and prior front office experience. We offer a competitive salary of $21-$23 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and educational assistance tuition reimbursement program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Greet guests and visitors, and provide assistance in directing them to the appropriate person/dept when necessary
- Maintain the lobby and reception area in a tidy condition
- Train, direct, and supervise clients in proper procedure for working the phones
- Distribute Privilege Card/Sponsor applications, Employment Applications, etc. as needed
- Provide hotline referrals
- Assist Admissions Manager in performance of other clerical duties as assigned
