Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, sterilize, install, or clean laboratory or healthcare equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Perform routine laboratory tasks and operate or inspect equipment to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of equipment and supplies into patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in sterile processing as a Certified Registered Central Technician.
  • Sterile Processing Technician Certification CBSPD/CRCST.
