About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures to support patient care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate modality-specific technical equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Assist radiologists with procedures, including administration of contrast media and/or radioisotopes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff members to ensure safe patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain proficiency in performing radiologic examinations
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in diagnostic radiology
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in diagnostic radiology or successful completion of Interventional Radiology clinical program
  • Cardiac-Interventional Radiography or Vascular-Interventional Radiography certification
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credential in Radiography (R) and Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
