Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, chats, emails, and reviews in a skills-based environment. You will respond to customer inquiries using methods and verbiage defined by management. You will also escalate difficult situations to team leaders as needed and work closely with quality coaches to evaluate individual performance and improve processes. Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have two years or more of directly related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service role. Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette are essential. Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) and knowledge of property management systems, reservations, and player tracking systems are advantageous. Strong language skills and ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs are also required.
