Visual Rework Employee

We seek a meticulous and creative individual to fill our visual rework position. The Visual Rework Employee will play a critical role in reworking parts that fail our visual standard. This role involves carefully reviewing and reworking visual elements to align with our visual standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rework visual rejections: Collaborate with final to review and rework visual rejections to adhere to our visual standard.
  • Sort rejected product: Sort reworks and group them by rework process required to fix them.
  • Quality Assurance: Clear understanding of our visual standard.
  • Efficiency and Timeliness: Complete visual rework tasks within designated timelines without compromising quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all visual rework activities.
Required Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a role that requires a strong attention to detail and proven ability to maintain high-quality standards are essential for this position.
