Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust, Wipe, and Clean Surfaces: Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Vacuum, Mop, and Wet Mop: Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean Restrooms: Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure Proper Lighting and Door Security: Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area.
  • Keep Closets Organized: Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
