Renal Therapist

At RTI Renal Treatment Centers - Illinois, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics.
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.
