Retail Operations Manager

Fjällräven North America is seeking a skilled Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Freeport Outlet retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Assist customers through education and demonstrations, providing personalized shopping experiences
- Embody the Fjällräven brand and values, promoting sustainability and outdoor engagement
- Manage retail transactions, handle customer complaints, and maintain a clean store appearance
Requirements:

- Prior retail/guest service experience preferred, with a passion for sustainability and the outdoors
