Guitar Center Instrument Repair Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments while ensuring a positive customer experience.

This position involves working closely with customers, providing detailed explanations of repairs, and fostering trust through quality craftsmanship. Additionally, the Guitar Center Instrument Repair Specialist will be responsible for maintaining store inventory, performing warranty repairs, and collaborating with other team members to achieve business objectives.

To excel in this position, successful candidates must possess a strong understanding of guitar repair techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to understand their instrument repair needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Maintain a high level of craftsmanship in all instrument repairs and restorations
  • Maintain store inventory, including regular inspections and adjustments as needed
  • Perform warranty repairs and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth
