- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Educate customers on their options, explain the work performed, and ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Sell Services and Repairs: Utilize our proven sales model to sell services and repairs to customers, using a good/better/best approach.
- Manage Inventory and Tools: Maintain a well-stocked vehicle with the necessary tools and equipment to perform jobs efficiently.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and technical skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and/or tablets, as well as hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Competitive Pay: Earn commissions on every job completed, with most technicians making between $60,000 and $100,000+ per year.
