Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Nightingale, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
- Implement and document speech therapy treatment plans, including goal setting, progress monitoring, and outcome measurement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- CPR certification (preferred).
