Job Title: Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. in Bear, DE. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and robotics integration.
  • Work with mechanical and electrical design engineers to integrate controls hardware and software.
  • Source and evaluate PLC hardware, program and test machine controllers, and troubleshoot and debug robot attachments.
  • Develop and program HMI programs, and modify existing ones as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on PLC programming, HMI development, and robotics integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
