Pizza Artisan Job Description

Eataly North America is seeking a skilled Pizza Artisan to join our team. As a Pizza Artisan, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, authentic Italian-style pizzas using traditional recipes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pizzas according to specific recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area, adhering to Department of Health standards.
  • Work towards mastering all shifts in pizza production, including evenings and weekends.
  • Assist Sales Associates and engage with guests interested in learning about pizza production.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position.
  • Good work ethic, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a wood burning oven, electric pizza convection oven, and commercial spiral mixer.
