Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Beauty Expert to join our team in Berlin. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for actively approaching customers, providing detailed consultations, and offering competent advice in all product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active customer approach and detailed customer consultation using our service rituals consistently
• Competent advice in all product categories, brand and product innovations
• You actively promote our current campaigns and promotions and use sales support tools
• You exceed customer expectations through passion for service and consultation
• Co-responsibility for goods receipt, inventory management, and product presentation as well as service warehouse orders

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for service and consultation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
