Job Summary

The MJ Morgan Group is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team. As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Instructions: You will follow work instructions provided by your supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Job Standards: You will meet daily job assignment standards to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Part Trimming: You will trim pieces without creating any defects and perform additional trimming of flash to enable parts to meet customer standards.
  • Quality Reporting: You will ensure that no defective pieces are packed and record any non-conforming parts on production reports.
Requirements
  • Physical Abilities: You must be able to stand and walk during the entire work shift and be capable of doing repetitive work with hands and arms.
  • Safety Protocols: You must follow company safety rules 100% of the time and ensure that all procedures under the Occupational Health and Safety Act are being followed.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
