About the Role

This position is ideal for a skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist looking to join a dynamic team at Norman Regional Health System. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care within our modern healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
  • Assess patient conditions, prepare patients, and provide essential care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety.
  • Serve as a mentor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation.
  • Utilize downtime effectively by performing tasks such as stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated responsibilities.
  • Bolster professional relationships with physicians and leadership to guarantee excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within six months.
  • Achieve all listed competencies in department policy within six months.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
  • Prior experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
  • Registered as a Radiographer with ARRT or RCIS certified by Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Advanced Life Support certification within six months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.84-$45.46 based on previous work experience.
