We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler/Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. This role will be responsible for managing the flow of materials, tools, and equipment within our warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and tools
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds and push/pull rolling weights over 50 pounds
- Experience with operating mechanical/motor driven equipment such as forklifts, high lift pickers, and cranes
- Proficiency in computer platforms and general business operation systems
