We are seeking a highly skilled Sleep Expert to join our team at Mattress Firm, Inc. As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for creating a life-changing in-store experience for our customers, helping them build the perfect sleep sanctuary.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to create a personalized shopping experience.
- Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serving as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
- Stay aware of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

Not only do we invest in training, but all new sales associates are eligible for a performance-based bonus after their sixth month of employment.
