Vocal Ensemble Accompanist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vocal Ensemble Accompanist to join our team at Northeast Community College. The successful candidate will provide accompaniment for vocal music ensembles, inclusive of rehearsals and performances. This is a part-time position, approximately 6 hours a week accompanying vocal rehearsals, 3 concerts per semester, and accompanying show choir on a brief tour to service area schools in the spring semester. Applied piano lesson instruction may be possible.

Responsibilities
Accompany vocal music ensembles as assigned, inclusive of rehearsals and performances. Provide accompaniment for vocal rehearsals, concerts, and show choir performances. May be required to provide applied piano lesson instruction.

Requirements
**Bachelor's degree in music or related field required.
3 or more years of piano accompaniment experience, preferably at the community college or post-secondary level is required.
