Vighter is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill a contract position in a Surgical ICU Stepdown setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Ohio or multistate license for NLC eligible states
  • 2 years of recent experience in a Critical Illness (ICU, PCU, or Stepdown setting
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. certifications as needed per specialty
