About the Role

As a Production Logistics Coordinator at 4M Industries Inc, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and ensuring that production schedules are met. This involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) reports to inform production decisions.
  • Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate costs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze, and manage production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement process improvements.
  • Provide support during peak fulfillment periods to meet targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, purchasing, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
