We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Osterio Pronto. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Know and live the mission and values of White Lodging, our parent company.
• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Check the restaurant for cleanliness and remove any debris before, during, and after your shift.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu items, their ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Use suggestive selling and upselling techniques to increase the check average.
• Take guest orders correctly, read them back, and ring them in accurately.
• Check food presentation before serving and ensure hot food is hot and fresh.
• Check guest satisfaction with food quality within two bites.
• Present checks correctly, free from errors, and in a timely manner.
• Follow all White Lodging cash handling policies and end-of-shift paperwork procedures.
• Follow all White Lodging policies and procedures for work, attendance, and safety.
• Learn and maintain all information about the hotel and engage in pre-shift briefings.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, friendly work environment.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned.

• Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not essential.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.
• Ability to work long hours when business needs require.
