Your Role
As a Receivables Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in the efficiency of our finance department by ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of jobs completed from the previous day.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies from the prior day's jobs.
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding jobs where payments were not received.
- Process deposits for checks, credit card transactions, and cash payments.
- Adhere to the collection procedures for outstanding payments.
- Maintain the integrity of Accounts Receivable and Customer Accounts.
- Ensure that all jobs are finalized and recorded in the appropriate accounting period.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounting, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable.
