Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Douglas County Health Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or designee to provide basic nursing care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
