Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol service and responsible serving practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as basic cocktail recipes
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
