We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to fill the role of Survey Project Manager at V3 Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple survey projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

This is a field-based position that requires regular travel to client sites and occasional meetings at our Woodridge office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

• Managing survey projects from start to finish
• Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
• Preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

• 7+ years of experience in land surveying
• Strong technical skills, including AutoCad Civil 3D and construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

V3 Companies offers a highly competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, a 401(k) plan with up to 6% company match, and paid time off.
