Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate patient medical needs based on evidence-based practices.
  • Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other health issues.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as required.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive care plans.
  • Refer patients to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient medical records.
Requirements
  • Holds an active state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Is currently certified as a Nurse Practitioner National Board.
  • Has active state DEA licensure.
  • Possesses a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Has five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Displays excellent time management skills with accountability for daily workflow.
  • Shows proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
  • Has a strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Is a licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
  • Can engage in moderate physical activity, such as handling objects up to 25 lbs., standing or walking for more than four hours per day.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year, with total earnings potential reaching $130,000+ based on performance.
