Job Summary

Bison Group LLC is seeking a skilled Web Designer to join their team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the company's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Create custom graphics and icons for use on the company's websites
  • Provide web design support for integration into the company's SharePoint portals and other applications
  • Develop and maintain a standardized brand for the company throughout its assigned network websites
  • Establish discoverability by registering the company's sites with search engines
  • Ensure the company's hosted sites adhere to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
Requirements
  • DoD IAT Level II/Intermediate certification
  • Five years of web site design experience
  • Three years of experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SWL, graphics creation, etc. with Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite) or similar multimedia creation tools
  • Three years of experience with several of the following: ASPX, PHP, DHTML JavaScript, XML, Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server, Windows Server environments
  • Experience with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
  • UI/UX design experience developing user-centered designs for websites and software interfaces, wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests to improve and optimize the experience for users
  • Web Design training certificate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Customer and all team members (Developers, DBA, Testers, Requirement Manager)
  • Ability to continuously identify improvement opportunities
