Mobile Speech Therapist for Travel Assignment in Pennsylvania

About the Assignment:
This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week, offering an excellent opportunity to work with diverse patients and contribute to their rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be working in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, providing top-notch speech therapy services to individuals in need.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $94,000, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. Our competitive pay package includes mileage reimbursement, medical benefits, dental benefits, employee assistance programs, vision benefits, holiday pay, guaranteed hours, license and certification reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan. In addition, you will receive a weekly pay and a referral bonus.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve their quality of life. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate with colleagues and patients, and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, hold a valid state license, and possess current certifications from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a passion for helping others are essential qualities for this position.
