Bristol Health is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse Educator to join our team. This is a full-time position, providing clinical hours and education hours dedicated to continuing employee development.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis role consists of:
- Providing hands-on patient care in the operating room
- Developing and conducting educational programs for staff members
- Collaborating with the OR Manager to identify educational needs
- Evaluating employee performance and adjusting orientation plans as needed
- Coordinating trials and introduction of new supplies and equipment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of operating room experience
- A BSN degree, with a Master's degree preferred
- Teaching/Instructional experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- CNOR certification
