Commissions Payroll Specialist

This role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of commissions from various insurance carriers to be distributed to our dedicated servicing agents. The Commissions Processor ensures high levels of customer service to internal and external clients, resolving discrepancies in revenue assignments and commission pay.

• Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in revenue assignments and commission pay
• Handles research tasks and error resolution, communicates with field agents and internal departments to resolve problems
• Ensure adequate troubleshooting and resolution during high-volume periods
• Process payroll using third-party payroll system to ensure timely pay
• Assist agents via phone/email with commission related inquiries as necessary and provide outstanding customer service

• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (both written and oral)
• 1-2 years in a customer-centric business environment
• Detail oriented and excellent time management
• Skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn internal CRM and external life insurance-related applications
• Excellent math and organizational skills required
• Associate or bachelor's Degree a plus
• 1099 Independent Contractor payroll experience a plus
• Previous experience with commissions a plus

$45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
