As a Manufacturing Associate III at Bausch + Lomb, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our contact lens manufacturing process. You will be responsible for safely operating highly automated and technical equipment, as well as identifying and diagnosing any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot problems will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will work closely with our team to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including cGMP/FDA regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate highly automated and technical contact lens manufacturing equipment from multiple equipment vendors in all phases of the contact lens manufacturing process.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with all established work instructions, SOPs, and procedures.
- Independently identify, diagnose, correct, and document process trends, faults, and problems.
- Perform in-process quality inspections utilizing inspection tools, including visual inspection, to assess product quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 or more years related manufacturing experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of troubleshooting.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new applications and programs.
