Position Overview:
Delta-T Group is seeking dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with Medication Certification to provide exceptional care to individuals with diverse needs. This role is crucial in supporting patients across various age groups, from adolescents to seniors, who may be experiencing physical illnesses and emotional challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, changing linens, and other assigned activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Foster open and effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff members.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
- Valid Virginia Driver's License in good standing.
- Experience in medical-surgical, psychiatric, rehabilitation, geriatrics, or working with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities is preferred.
