Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including tracking vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring patient wellbeing
- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents, and review medical records
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and medical supplies
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, and help with the orientation and training of medical staff
- Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- Degree from an approved LPN training program
- 1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
- Competitive hourly pay range: $38-$58
