About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Legal Project Coordinator to join our team at Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson. This is a full-time position that requires a deep understanding of legal industry procedures and practices, as well as strong technical skills.

Job Summary

The Expert Legal Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing e-discovery projects from start to finish, including document preservation, collection, processing, review, and production. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-Discovery Project Management: Manage e-discovery projects from start to finish, including document preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Technical Skills: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of legal tools and technology, including e-discovery software, case management software, and trial presentation software.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on e-discovery tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to litigation assistants on e-discovery tools and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three to five years of experience in e-discovery or litigation support, with a proven track record of managing projects independently.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
