  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and delegate tasks to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
  • Function as a charge/lead nurse, overseeing the care of surgical patients and resolving work-related issues.
  • Participate in the Clinical Ladder program and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
  • ADN degree and BLS certification.
  • CNOR certification preferred.
