Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at La Crosse County's Long-Term Campuses. As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will perform semiskilled work in the maintenance of Hillview Health Care Center and Assisted Living facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the physical condition of our facilities, including performing repairs and replacements as needed\
  • Ensure the health and safety of residents and staff by maintaining a clean and safe environment\
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities\
  • Perform other related duties as assigned\

Requirements:

  • \
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or experience preferred\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills\
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods\
