About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Denture Lab Technician to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our dental laboratory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of dentures and prosthetics for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimal patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Assemble and fabricate dentures using traditional and digital methods
  • Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist with the preparation of laboratory supply orders to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with the ability to work with precision and accuracy
  • Ability to pay attention to details and maintain a high level of quality control
  • The ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test to demonstrate proficiency in laboratory techniques
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in denture technology and techniques
  • Experience working in a dental office is a plus, but not required
